      I called ***** office at 2pm today for a boiler problem and ***** in the office was able to squeeze my problem in. The crew that was sent was so nice and professional. Everything that was to be done was explained thoroughly and ahead of time for my approval. They had the job done by 4:15p and left my house spotless. I highly recommend Anne the Plumber for any of your heating or plumbing needs.

      I was excited to hire a woman owned business. Initially **** came to the house to do an estimate- she was very friendly and knowledgeable- she explained that the job would have to be in two phases- and emailed an estimate for Phase 1. Two men came to provide the work for Phase 1. When they were done, they presented a **** for $700 more than the original estimate saying that they used more copper than expected. At no time during their work did they approach me to discuss the change in the pricing of the work. However, I did pay this **** in entirety. After that, I did not receive an estimate for "Phase 2". Instead I received an email that stated that they no longer were able to provide service to our area as it was too far due to high gas prices. These actions were unprofessional and unacceptable.

      It's interesting that the customer feels that we charged a higher prices than the estimate, its because the other home owner asked us to do work that was not listed in the estimate. In any field, additional work would have a charge to it. It is not in our control if homeowners don't discuss things amongst each other, the other homeowner was well aware of the additional fee since we told them that before doing the work. We were hired to correct homeowner plumbing projects. We even stated in the beginning that we would only be taking 1 project at a time both to make sure that we can complete the project in a timely fashion as well as make sure the homeowner was happy with the work. We feel they were since, they called us on multiple occasions to arrange for the other estimates even prior to finishing the original project. We don't know of too many people that are excited to hire someone for multiple projects if they were unhappy with the original work,? We completed the work that was agreed upon originally, the estimate lists that.. We never committed to any additional projects that the customer had because we wanted to make sure that we could commit to project deadlines. We never want to delay any customer projects based on scheduling. With lack of plumbing technicians and rising fuel costs, we were forced to condense our territory to be competitive. We don't think its right to raise costs drastically with conditions that are uncontrollable like rising fuel costs. We completed what we were hired for. We wish you luck on the many home plumbing projects.

      Worst experience ever. Charged me $175 for doing nothing. Said will get back to you with an estimate, and never happened. Gave me an appointment to come back and didn't show up. "

      Saddened to hear that a customer did not have a pleasant experience. We were summoned to the customers home for a toilet leak. The diagnostic fee was applied to the toilet leak that our technician fixed same day. When we completed that work, the customer requested an estimate for an issue that would have required our technician to see behind a wall. We explained to the customer prior to giving such an estimate, she would have to arrange for removal of the wall section. We cannot in good faith speculate what we cannot see nor can we give a new appointment date until we know that the customer completed the wall opening. We can only monitor the work we do.
